Hi, We are Paul and Sandra of Joy Toys NZ (PSY Trading is our discreet business name) - a GENUINE New Zealand based business and not another Australian business pretending to be one. We have both been involved in the sex toy industry for the last five years - four and a half of those in brick and mortar stores in Auckland and the last six months operating through the internet. We have chosen to restrict ourselves to the more popular and more reasonably priced range of toys because from our real world experience we know that caters for 99 per cent of sex toys shoppers. You will find that more than 75 per cent of our toys are priced lower or at least as low as any of our competition. We offer all the usual things that you expect to find from a reputable business - privacy, discretion and shopping safety. There are two methods of payment available - you may make Direct Bank Transfers (can take 2 to 3 days) to our BNZ account or you may make a quicker payment to our Paypal account. We aim to please and will do everything we can to ensure you are satisfied with our service. We have a contact mail form through which you may contact us if you need help or advice. Sometimes we even point people the way of the opposition if we are unable to provide a product. We thank you for wisely shopping with us.
PAYMENT OPTIONS:
1) You can pay by Credit Card: Visa, Mastercard, American Express and Bankcard etc. via Secure Paypal. To pay by Credit Card simply choose PAYPAL on the checkout page. Paypal is a secure trusted online payment gateway.
2) You can pay by Direct Deposit: If you choose to pay by Direct Deposit, simply add the products to your cart then select Bank Deposit as the payment method when prompted. You will then be emailed our bank account details and can make the payment by either internet banking or at any branch of Westpac Bank.
3) Other options include cheque payment.
We have a discreet bank account name. Simply choose Pay By Cheque and you will be emailed our postal address for the cheque.
SHIPPING
Product prices on our site are exclusive of postage and packing charges. We will endeavour to deliver the selected item(s) to you as soon as possible, in accordance with our shipping policy and the products availability.
All items are sent out via NZ Post with tracking numbers and Discretion is Guaranteed. If in stock, the item will usually be despatched within 24 hours, and should reach you within 5-7 working days. If you order several items and one item is out of stock, we will part ship the goods we have in stock so as not to hold up the whole order. Items that are not in stock will be shipped as soon as we receive them. The majority of orders will be delivered within 7 - 14 days.
RETURNS
If you have changed your mind about a particular purchase we DO NOT issue refunds or exchanges, so we ask that you choose carefully. Due to the nature of our product line, once the product has been opened, no returns will be accepted unless there is a proven manufacturers fault or defect with the product, in which case a replacement will be issued.
Due to the obvious health and hygiene implications with adult goods, damaged/faulty goods have to meet the following terms.
1. The goods must be unused.
2. The goods must be in their original condition & packaging.
3. The goods must be received back within 14 days from the day you received your order.
4. Lingerie and items of clothing are non refundable and non exchangeable.
If we suspect that the goods have been used or any of the above conditions are not met then we reserve the right to return the goods. We do not pay for postage on returns. Please contact us for our returns address.
WARRANTY
We do not offer a money back guarantee or a product exchange service on items that are not damaged or faulty. If an incorrect item has been sent to you then we are happy to send you out a replacement or an exchange.
If the item you receive is faulty or is not what you originally ordered, return them to us within 30 days in their original unused condition and we either exchange them or provide a refund. Please ensure that you provide us with proof of purchase.
